Filozofowie Rzeczypospolitej w kulturach Polski, Litwy, Białorusi i Ukrainy. Konteksty geograficzne i koncepcyjne, zbiór artykułów poświęconych źródłom rękopiśmiennym wydanym w projekcie Polonica Philosophica Orientalia oraz ich związkom z regionami, grupami społecznymi, instytucjami i wspólnotami narodowymi czy wyznaniowymi. Filozofowie wychowywali się w takich strukturach, studiowali i interpretowali je, a także wpływali na ich rozwój i upadek. Wreszcie pośmiertnie pełnią określone role w narracjach historiograficznych, które w przypadku Rzeczypospolitej Obojga Narodów dzielą się dzisiaj co najmniej na cztery nurty narodowe: polski, litewski, białoruski i ukraiński. Niniejszy tom łączy te perspektywy, rozważając ogólne uwarunkowania geograficzne oraz konkretne koncepcje powstały w środowiskach akademickich Wilna i Kijowa.

Philosophers of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in the Cultures of Poland, Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine. Geographical and Conceptual Contexts, a collection of articles on manuscript sources published in the Polonica Philosophica Orientalia project and their relationship to regions, social groups, institutions and national or religious communities. Philosophers grew up in such structures, studied and interpreted them, and influenced their development and decline. Finally, posthumously, they play specific roles in historiographical narratives, which, in the case of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, are today divided into at least four national traditions: Polish, Lithuanian, Belarusian and Ukrainian. This volume brings these perspectives together by considering general geographical conditions as well as specific concepts that have emerged in the academia of Vilnius and Kyiv.
