Prawo miejskie w pracach polskich i ukraińskich historyków XIX wieku : porównanie konceptów

W artykule porównywane są koncepcje postrzegania wpływu rozpowszechnienia samorządnego prawa miejskiego w historiografii polskiej i ukraińskiej. W trakcie analizy porównawczej prac badaczy niemieckich (pruskich), polskich i ukraińskich (rusińskich, małoruskich) tworzących w XIX wieku opisano stopniowy proces zdominowania wizji narodowościowej w badaniach nad tymi zagadnieniami. Scharakteryzowano ponadto miejsce tematu w dialogu historiograficznym. Pokazano, w jaki sposób kwestie rozpowszechnienia prawa były utożsamiane z "parciem na Wschód" cywilizacji zachodniej.

In this article the concepts of the analyzing the influence of the law spread of town privileges (Magdeburg or German) in the history of Poland and Ukraine are compared. In the context of comparing the works of the German (Prussian), Polish and Ukrainian (Ruthenia's or Little Rus') historians of the 19th century, a gradual process of dominance of the national vision in the study of these issues is described. The place of the topic in the historiographical dialogues is characterized. It is shown in which way the issues of the law spread were identified with the Western civilizations "offensive on the East".
