Transactional quality factor and agility of transactions as indicators of transactional capabilities for organizations

Parametry systemów technicznych umożliwiających transakcje są dla podmiotów wymiany często niedostępne, skutkiem, czego organizacje ponoszą koszty finansowe i narzuty czasowe zoptymalizowane dla dostawców usług pośredniczących a nie dla ich odbiorców. Exchange of value between organisations occures directly or with aid of the intermediary organisations (banks, financial organisations). Technical data for the transactional systems are often unavailable for the counterparts of exchange. In result, organisations carry transactional fees and waste processing time as optimalization of the proces is made for the intermediary and not for the user. Paper refers the research on the offerings for transactional services on polish market. The outcome of the research is the proposal of performance indicators for transaction channels - Quality Factor (Qtr)and Agility Factor Ztr. Both factors are meant to evaluate transaction channels and eventually help managers to choose those of the lowest financial cost and minimal transaction time waste, that burden the transactional capabilites of organizations they manage.
