Personnel controlling as a tool to support creating sustainable personnel in an organization

In recent decades, interest in the subject of sustainable management has increased significantly, including human resources management. The aim of the article is to attempt to indicate the possibility of using personal controlling as a tool for building sustainable personnel in an organization. The article uses the methodology of critical review and interpretation of the literature on the subject.

Celem artykułu jest próba wskazania możliwości wykorzystania controllingu personalnego jako narzędzia budowy zrównoważonego personelu w organizacji.
