Telepraca w polskim prawie pracy

The article is dedicated to the telework, that consitites atypical form of employment, under Polish labour law. Author presents regulations of the Labour Code on telework, as well as specific features of this form of work performance. The elaboration focuses on the definition of telework, possibilities to introduce it at the workplace, and the situation of teleworker.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest problematyka telepracy jako atypowej formy zatrudnienia na gruncie polskiego prawa pracy. Autor omawia regulacje kodeksu pracy dotyczące telepracy oraz specyficzne cechy tej formy świadczenia pracy. W opracowaniu przedstawiono definicję telepracy, możliwości wprowadzenia jej w zakładzie pracy, a także sytuację telepracownika.
