The use of modern management tools in WUP (Provincial Labour Agency) as a response to radical changes of tasks and the organizations environment

In this paper I recommend using business process management (BPM) and also some of the elements of quality management (TQM, ISO 9001 standard), which have been used effectively in managing business and public organizations. I propose that they can be used in WUP (Provincial Labour Agency), especially as the environment of WUP itself is undergoing changes regarding legal, client and stakeholders’ requirements.

W artykule wskazuję na potrzebę zastosowania zarządzania procesowego (BPM) oraz wybranych elementów zarządzania jakością (TQM, standard ISO 9001), jako tych, które od wielu lat są wykorzystywane w skutecznym zarządzaniu organizacjami biznesowymi i publicznymi, a - ze względu na zmienność otoczenia, warunków prawnych, wymagań klientów i interesariuszy WUP - mogą i powinny mieć zastosowanie w tej organizacji.
