Barriers to cooperation of local government with non-governmental organizations

Sprawna realizacja zadań publicznych wymaga współpracy międzysektorowej. Warunkiem sine qua non takiej współpracy jest zaufanie partnerów oparte na zrozumieniu zasad działania i pewnych ograniczeń, jak też przestrzeganie postanowień umownych. Badania wykazały istotny bariery we współpracy międzysektorowej. Sformułowano kierunkowe propozycje udoskonalenia tej współpracy.

Efficient implementation of public tasks requires intersectoral cooperation. Sine qua non condition of such cooperation is the trust between partners based on understanding the principles of operation and certain restrictions of cooperations, as well as compliance with contractual provisions. Research has shown significant barriers to cross-sector cooperation. The directional proposals for improving this cooperation have been formulated.
