The article covers some issues related to international security that are present in space law as its underdeveloped norms may have great impact on the political sphere. It therefore first depicts the origins of space law and its main provisions, paying special attention to international security related issues. Then it takes to the main subject that is an assessment of an evolution of space law in the future with particular attention paid to ongoing militarization of space.
