In Master's thesis, the "Vogue" fashion magazine was searched and compared in various years in the period from 2013 to 2017: Ukraine and the United States in the field of "wyszywanka" as being a fashion trend.For this purpose, the content analyse was done. For research the press materials were used, which appeared in the "Vogue" magazine from 2013 to 2017. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods were used in this analysis.The study was conducted using four categorization keys.The whole of the work was based on the history of the development of the press in Ukraine and the USA, the history of the creation of the magazine "Vogue", history of the Vyshyvanka, the theory of the press, methodology of social sciences and the theory of the trend phenomenon.
