The work concerns the management of culture in the Brotherhood of Orthodox Youth in Poland. The aim was to examine the views of members on the activities of the organization. It discusses the ratio of Polish laws against religious minorities and the history and activities of the Orthodox minority in Polish. The Brotherhood is shown as a youth organization, with the appearance of its history, structure and types of activity.
